Health Coach

We currently have an opening for a full-time licensed Masters Social Worker to provide brief, solution-focused interventions in a primary medical care setting. Two years experience in behavioral medicine and cognitive behavioral therapy are required. Individual must be highly flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary team environment. This position will be located at our Hillsdale site. Effective clinical, verbal and written skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
