Human Resources Manager

The Center for Family Health is a federally qualified health center located in Jackson, Michigan.   We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team.   This position is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and function of the Human Resources Department.  Essential duties include but are not limited to:

Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.

Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of Human Resources department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, procedures and training and development to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Responsible for Agency compliance with Federal and State legislation pertaining to all personnel matters; communicates changes in personnel policies and procedures to insure proper compliance is followed.

Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline and Five years of Human Resources experience.
