School Based Health Clinic Clinical Supervisor

The Center for Family Health is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our School Based Health Clinics.

Essential Duties include:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the school based clinics. Assess staffing needs, oversees staff scheduling, monitors staff levels and adjusts accordingly.
• Develop, implement and administer clinic policies and procedures through participation of planning efforts and initiatives concerning clinic operations.
• Monitors employee performance and maintains discipline through CFH policies and procedures.
• Assist staff with patient care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the School Principal, and other school staff to assure good relations and implement programming based on student needs.
• Assures  that materials and supplies are maintained through monitoring inventory of clinic supplies and educational materials.
• Assists with development of educational materials organizing them for effective utilization.
• Assist with reporting of health center activities for the purpose of contract compliance, funding applications, board reports, and needs assessment.
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of medical, financial, legal, social, substance abuse, mental health, emergency, housing and other services available to SBHC patients.
• Work collaboratively with leadership staff and Human Resources.
• Represent CFH and SBHC at community events.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work practices and instructions.
